Terms of Service
Effective date: February 14, 2026
1. Service Description
CHAMBA provides an AI-powered company-intelligence platform. Employers invite leaders inside their company (CEO, HR, supervisors) to complete structured interviews. Participant responses are analyzed by artificial intelligence to surface workforce signals — observations about the company’s team, hiring, and capabilities — and roll them into a workforce snapshot for the inviting employer.
2. Nature of AI Output
CHAMBA produces company-intelligence data and is not an employment decision-making tool. AI-generated results (workforce signals, summaries, and workforce snapshots) are advisory in nature. The employer who invited you is solely responsible for any employment decisions made using CHAMBA results. CHAMBA does not make hiring, promotion, compensation, or termination recommendations.
3. Employer Responsibilities
Employers using CHAMBA agree to:
- Use CHAMBA results as one factor among many in employment decisions
- Not use CHAMBA results in a manner that discriminates based on protected characteristics (race, gender, age, disability, or other protected classes)
- Comply with all applicable employment laws when using CHAMBA output
- Inform participants that their interview will be analyzed using an AI-powered tool
- Respond to participant data access or deletion requests in accordance with applicable law
4. Participant Rights
As a participant, you have the right to:
- Decline to participate by not completing the interview
- Withdraw consent at any time during the interview, which will end your session
- Skip optional questions
- Review your workforce snapshot before the interview is finalized
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
- Unsubscribe from non-essential email communications
5. Data Ownership
Participants own their interview responses. Employers own their organization data and the right to access workforce-snapshot output for participants they invited. CHAMBA owns the platform, AI model configuration, and skill taxonomy. Anonymized, aggregated data may be used for platform improvement (only with participant consent to benchmark aggregation).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for purposes other than building a company workforce snapshot
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI processing pipeline
- Submit false or misleading information in interviews
- Share interview links with unauthorized individuals
- Use automated tools to interact with the platform without prior authorization
7. Limitation of Liability
CHAMBA is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for employment decisions made by employers based on CHAMBA assessment results. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by the employer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Account Termination
Employer accounts may be deactivated at any time. Upon deactivation, in-progress interviews are ended and participant data is retained per our data retention policy. Participants may request deletion of their data at any time regardless of account status.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active employers via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
